Zachary Stall

About Me:

I am a Colorado native who grew up in Lyons Co and currently lives in Denver. My original career was as a high school math teacher, and then a middle school principal. I made the switch to technology in the summer of 2017. Since then I managed a LMS for a security company, supported a media asset management platform (MAM) called ReachEngine and I am currently working at Datadog. At Signiant I lead our tech ops team in assisting clients in using Levels Beyond software Reachengine, identifying and resolving user issues, and escalating complex problems within the Engineering and Operations divisions for resolution. At Datadog I started on the support team helping clients monitor their data using our 100+ technology integrations. As a technical solution engineer I specialized in database monitoring along with any new products/integrations like Cloud SIEM, CI Visibility, and many more. My current role at Datadog is a technical solutions manager. I work with a team of seven TSEs that make up one forth of the solutiont team in Denver, which is one office Datadog has in place world wide. My small but mightly team has solved over 1,500 support cases in the first four months of 2024, and we contribute to several initaitives/projects that help Datadog provide great support in the Americas and world wide.
