At Signiant, he led the tech operations team, guiding clients in utilizing ReachEngine software, adeptly resolving user issues, and coordinating complex problem-solving efforts across Engineering and Operations divisions.
Currently, as a Technical Solutions Manager at Datadog, ZStall leads a team of seven Technical Solutions Engineers in Denver, one of Datadog's global offices. His team has impressively resolved over 5,400 support cases in 2024, contributing to initiatives that enhance Datadog's support services across the Americas and worldwide.
